Infrastructural development making Yamuna Expressway a hottest Property Hub

The fast pace of infrastructural development along the 165km long Yamuna Expressway has made this location ideal for the real estate development. Availability of land and infrastructure developments is the prime factor responsible for the launch of several new residential projects at highly competitive price. Several renowned and prestigious developers either have launched or are planning to come up with different residential and commercial projects across this region.

Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) with a view to implement growth plans has acquired 11,200 hectares of land for development. Out of which, a majority of land i.e. 5,100 hectares of land has been allotted to Jaypee Group for developing townships project. YEIDA has even plan to come up with massive theme parks and play zones along the belt to convert one side of the expressway into an entertainment hub.

Long-term infrastructure developments have been planned like establishing of an independent Yamuna Power Corporation Limited for setting up of 2,000 MW power plants. Besides, the proposed Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor will boost the warehousing and Special Zones development along both the sides of the expressway. The industrial city is also expected to have multi-modal logistic hub comprising of a cold storage, warehouses and Boraki Railway Station.

Galgotia University and Noida International University are the two major institutions operational in this region. Another 580 hectares of land across the region has been allotted for developing educational institutions. Yamuna Expressway came into major limelight with the development of the motor racing F1 track, now known as Buddh International Circuit. Several other upcoming attractions of this location include Jaypee Sports City and Night Safari that will add to the popularity of this already preferred location.

No wonder that these infrastructural development taking at a rapid pace is pulling in big investment along with slew of infrastructure projects. With the proposal of 285-km Agra Lucknow Expressway Project, the Yamuna Expressway would be extended to Lucknow, thereby enabling faster transit. Planned Export Promotion Zones along with Taj Economic Zone and Yamuna Expressway are likely to escalate the economic development of the region.

In the last few years, several development projects have been launched across the Yamuna Expressway. With Noida Expressway, FNG corridor and metro rail expansion coming together, the real estate prospect in the region are catching up with both developers and investors, making it the best real estate destination of Delhi-NCR. Several other development projects like Wi-Fi zone, metro rail expansion along with other infrastructure projects has made it an attractive real estate destination of NCR.
